Next month, is National Mental Health Month. Dignity Health Community Health, in partnership with notMYkid, is hosting a ‘Teen Mental Health First Aid Training‘ course.
This course is provided for * Teens in grades 10-12 or ages 15-18 * only.
The 3 part session will take place on May 3, 10 and 17 from 3:00-4:30pm at McAuley Conf. Rm.

• How to open the conversation about mental health and substance use challenges.
• Common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges.
• The impact of school violence and bullying on mental wellbeing.
• How to seek the help of a responsible and trusted adult.
