Join us Wednesday, December 6th for Women in Business at Queen Creek Library from 8:30-10AM. This quarter we welcome Danielle Williams owner of Diva Strong Media!  She will be sharing how to Cultivate a positive outlook – Life and Business game changer.  She will discuss approaching the new year altering your perspective in business and seeing things differently.  How you approach an uncomfortable, frustrating or devastating situation and flip it to work in your favor by having a positive outlook.

Danielle Williams is a former broadcast journalist with over 20 years of experience working in television and radio. Danielle got her start in California and made her way to Phoenix after expecting a job promotion.  Danielle loves good stories and believes it’s the story that connects us all.  Danielle has always had a passion for the community and has volunteered and been a member on various boards with several nonprofit organizations throughout the valley.
Danielle is a survivor with an infectious personality, in 2018 Danielle’s life took a drastic turn. Danielle was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer as a non-smoker. The cancer spread to her lower spine, pelvis, and right shoulder. Danielle didn’t let her cancer diagnosis define her, instead Danielle decided to embrace her cancer and quote “Kill it with kindness”.  Danielle shared her lung cancer journey on social media through live videos on Facebook and Instagram always with a smile and a positive outlook. This opened the door to a new conversation which garnered Danielle local and national media exposure. In 2020 Danielle became Arizona’s Lung force hero working with the American Lung Association and she was invited to share her story with members of congress on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. to bring awareness for non-smokers who are diagnosed with lung cancer.

Danielle’s goal is to be a bright light and communicate the positive side of going through stage 4 lung cancer as a non-smoker proving that you can overcome life’s difficult challenges and create a positive life altering experience along the way.  Today Danielle is her own boss as an entrepreneur, managing her small business DIVA STRONG MEDIA LLC. Danielle works with corporations, business professionals, entrepreneurs and educational institutions helping her clients enhance their voice and elevate their business communication with her public speaking storyteller’s workshop.
